Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SERPINA7 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SERPINA7 data layer compared with 16 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher SERPINA7 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SERPINA7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and PDAC show a favorable association.

COAD, CCRCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where SERPINA7 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
