Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SERPINA6 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SERPINA6 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher SERPINA6 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SERPINA6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC show a favorable association.

LUAD, COAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where SERPINA6 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
