SERPINA6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,976 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINA6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRP7A, SDF2, and CACNA2D2. Each is linked with SERPINA6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINA6-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERPINA6 versus RRP7A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
