Across TCGA cell cohorts, SERPINA12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 213 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERPINA12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Toxin catabolic process, Cell fate commitment involved in formation of primary germ layer, and Promoter clearance during DNA-templated transcription. Each is linked with SERPINA12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINA12-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINA12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Toxin catabolic process grouped by SERPINA12-low versus SERPINA12-high in BREAST.
