Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINA11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,066 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERPINA11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFGEF3, SNTB1, and CADM1. Each is linked with SERPINA11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINA11-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINA11 results are reported.
