Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SERPINA10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SERPINA10 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SERPINA10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SERPINA10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
BLCA, SKCM, and OV are the cancer types where SERPINA10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
