Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERPINA10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,603 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERPINA10-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01784, HMGN2P26, and SERAC1. Each is linked with SERPINA10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINA10-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINA10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01784 grouped by SERPINA10-low versus SERPINA10-high in PRAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
