SERPINA10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SERPINA10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,163 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERPINA10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP4R4, GPR176, and AFM. Each is linked with SERPINA10 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERPINA10-to-partner and partner-to-SERPINA10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERPINA10 versus PPP4R4 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERPINA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERPINA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
