Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,706 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are APBB1, TSC22D1, and GPALPP1. Each is linked with SERP2 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERP2-to-partner and partner-to-SERP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERP2 versus APBB1 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
