Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,254 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PURA, HMCN1, and NOP2_S732. Each is linked with SERP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERP2-to-partner and partner-to-SERP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERP2 versus PURA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
