SERP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,527 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS10-NUDT3, RN7SL134P, and CTNNAL1. Each is linked with SERP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERP1-to-partner and partner-to-SERP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS10-NUDT3 grouped by SERP1-low versus SERP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
