SERINC5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERINC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,493 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERINC5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM2, SULT2B1, and EPB41L1. Each is linked with SERINC5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERINC5-to-partner and partner-to-SERINC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERINC5 versus TRIM2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERINC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERINC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
