Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERINC5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,443 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERINC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLEKHA4, TNFAIP6, and MARVELD2. Each is linked with SERINC5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERINC5-to-partner and partner-to-SERINC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERINC5 versus PLEKHA4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERINC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERINC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
