Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERINC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 716 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERINC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-64P, RNA5SP415, and MIR6737. Each is linked with SERINC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERINC5-to-partner and partner-to-SERINC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-64P grouped by SERINC5-low versus SERINC5-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERINC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERINC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
