Across TCGA cell cohorts, SERINC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERINC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR56A1 and PRAMEF27. Each is linked with SERINC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERINC5-to-partner and partner-to-SERINC5 results are reported.
