Across TCGA cell cohorts, SERINC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,502 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERINC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor signaling pathway, Regulation of exosomal secretion, and Regulation of cardiac muscle cell membrane potential. Each is linked with SERINC2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERINC2-to-partner and partner-to-SERINC2 results are reported.
