SERINC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERINC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,398 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERINC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOP2, PRKG1, and RPS25. Each is linked with SERINC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERINC1-to-partner and partner-to-SERINC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERINC1 versus NOP2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERINC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERINC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
