Across TCGA cell cohorts, SERINC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,478 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERINC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 3,5-bisphosphate metabolic process, and Endoplasmic reticulum mannose trimming. Each is linked with SERINC1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERINC1-to-partner and partner-to-SERINC1 results are reported.
