The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher SERHL2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SERHL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, ACC, and UCEC are the cancer types where SERHL2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
