Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERHL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 123 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERHL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RND2, SC5D, and PRPF3. Each is linked with SERHL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERHL2-to-partner and partner-to-SERHL2 results are reported.
