Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERHL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERHL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with SERHL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERHL2-to-partner and partner-to-SERHL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by SERHL2-low versus SERHL2-high in UCEC.
