Across TCGA cell cohorts, SERHL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,152 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERHL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Purine nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process, Ribonucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process, and Purine ribonucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SERHL2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERHL2-to-partner and partner-to-SERHL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Purine nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process grouped by SERHL2-low versus SERHL2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
