SERHL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERHL RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 7,758 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERHL-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, TTN, and CIT. Each is linked with SERHL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERHL-to-partner and partner-to-SERHL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by SERHL-low versus SERHL-high in LIHC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERHL→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERHL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
