SERHL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERHL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERHL-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AB3, BTG3P1, and RNA5SP461. Each is linked with SERHL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERHL-to-partner and partner-to-SERHL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2AB3 grouped by SERHL-low versus SERHL-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERHL→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERHL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
