SERGEF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERGEF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,353 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERGEF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZDHHC13, PIK3C2A, and CRMP1. Each is linked with SERGEF in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERGEF-to-partner and partner-to-SERGEF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERGEF versus ZDHHC13 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERGEF→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERGEF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
