Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERGEF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,403 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERGEF-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP47, TRIM68, and LRRC66. Each is linked with SERGEF in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERGEF-to-partner and partner-to-SERGEF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERGEF versus USP47 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERGEF→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERGEF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
