Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERGEF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,949 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERGEF-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ58, MIR6765, and MIR5584. Each is linked with SERGEF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERGEF-to-partner and partner-to-SERGEF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ58 grouped by SERGEF-low versus SERGEF-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERGEF→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERGEF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
