Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERGEF mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERGEF-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, JNK_pT183_Y185, and MEK1. Each is linked with SERGEF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERGEF-to-partner and partner-to-SERGEF results are reported.
