Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SERF2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SERF2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher SERF2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SERF2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC and BLCA are the cancer types where SERF2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
