SERF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,220 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBR1, SNAP23, and PDIA3. Each is linked with SERF2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERF2-to-partner and partner-to-SERF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERF2 versus UBR1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
