SERF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,951 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOP10, KATNAL1, and ARFGEF3. Each is linked with SERF2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERF2-to-partner and partner-to-SERF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SERF2 versus NOP10 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
