Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERF2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Platelets, CD4+ Tem, and NK cells. Each is linked with SERF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERF2-to-partner and partner-to-SERF2 results are reported.
