Across TCGA cell cohorts, SERF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,915 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SERF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled proton transport, Fatty acid catabolic process, and Monocarboxylic acid catabolic process. Each is linked with SERF2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERF2-to-partner and partner-to-SERF2 results are reported.
