Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SERBP1P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SERBP1P4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher SERBP1P4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SERBP1P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML show a favorable association.

KIRP, READ, and KIRC are the cancer types where SERBP1P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
