SERBP1P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERBP1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,991 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERBP1P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA 3'-splice site recognition, Regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage, and Negative regulation of protein K63-linked ubiquitination. Each is linked with SERBP1P3 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERBP1P3-to-partner and partner-to-SERBP1P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mRNA 3'-splice site recognition grouped by SERBP1P3-low versus SERBP1P3-high in DLBC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERBP1P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERBP1P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
