Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SERBP1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SERBP1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher SERBP1 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SERBP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and LUAD show a favorable association.

COAD, CCRCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where SERBP1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
