SERBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SERBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,792 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6793, GNPDA1, and C9orf40. Each is linked with SERBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERBP1-to-partner and partner-to-SERBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6793 grouped by SERBP1-low versus SERBP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SERBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SERBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
