Across TCGA cell cohorts, SERBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,220 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SERBP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Ribosome biogenesis, and Mitotic spindle midzone assembly. Each is linked with SERBP1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SERBP1-to-partner and partner-to-SERBP1 results are reported.
