The most reproducible SEPTIN9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPED1, AHNAK, and SCN7A. Each is linked with SEPTIN9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN9-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN9 results are reported.
