Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPTIN7P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,694 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEPTIN7P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein ubiquitination, Regulation of RNA splicing, and Protein-containing complex localization. Each is linked with SEPTIN7P3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN7P3-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN7P3 results are reported.
