Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SEPTIN7P2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SEPTIN7P2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher SEPTIN7P2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEPTIN7P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, BRCA, and LIHC are the cancer types where SEPTIN7P2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
