Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SEPTIN7P13 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SEPTIN7P13 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher SEPTIN7P13 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEPTIN7P13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and LUAD show a favorable association.

KIRC, UCEC, and ACC are the cancer types where SEPTIN7P13 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
