The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SEPTIN6 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEPTIN6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, COAD, and ESCA are the cancer types where SEPTIN6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
