Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEPTIN6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,179 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPTIN6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are U2-type prespliceosome assembly, DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Negative regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with SEPTIN6 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN6-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN6 results are reported.
