SEPTIN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPTIN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,027 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPTIN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STK25, SH3BP4, and VCL. Each is linked with SEPTIN2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN2-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN2 versus STK25 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPTIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPTIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
