Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPTIN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,028 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPTIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASL12, RECK, and PRICKLE1. Each is linked with SEPTIN2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN2-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN2 results are reported.
