Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEPTIN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,733 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEPTIN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-serine phosphorylation, Positive regulation of t-circle formation, and Axo-dendritic transport. Each is linked with SEPTIN2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN2-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-serine phosphorylation grouped by SEPTIN2-low versus SEPTIN2-high in OVARY.
