Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SEPTIN14P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SEPTIN14P3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher SEPTIN14P3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEPTIN14P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC show a favorable association.
STAD, SKCM, and GBM are the cancer types where SEPTIN14P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
