The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher SEPTIN14P24 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEPTIN14P24 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
COAD, DLBC, and PAAD are the cancer types where SEPTIN14P24 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
