SEPTIN14P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPTIN14P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,065 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPTIN14P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of telomere maintenance, Negative regulation of telomere capping, and Positive regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with SEPTIN14P2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN14P2-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN14P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of telomere maintenance grouped by SEPTIN14P2-low versus SEPTIN14P2-high in THYM.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPTIN14P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPTIN14P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
